The SARC is a Non Voluntary Organisation which was established in New Delhi in 2002.

Followings are main purposes of this organization:

To provide training under PMEGP (Prime Minister Employment Generation Program) and RGUMY (Rajiv Gandhi Udhami Mitra Yojana) for empowering self employment and also provide other related helps like Banking Finance, Machinery, Production Marketing and management etc.

Organization is regularly working to provide economic and social security to the people of all categories which includes unemployed male/female persons,workers who are working under organized and non-organized areas and B.P.L. (Below Poverty Level) families
